"The hotel is in the center of the tourist area so that was nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is really a combination of many very old buildings so the layout is a little quirky, The room finishes are getting a bit old looking but the staff keeps the rooms and public areas clean and neat. "Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, everything was great. It's walking distance from the train station, the funicular, bars, restaurants, the river front and shopping.
