"Great stay , staff were excellent & really friendly. Stayed with my elderly parents & staff made us welcome & made the weekend for us. Only thing to improve was parts of the hotel were a little cold, but the excellent staff gave mum & dad an additional heater for their room. Restaurant was great & quality of food was excellent. :)"

Stayed here as a family for one night. Checked in on Easter Friday at about 10:25pm we were asked if we were having breakfast and we said we were. I was told that would be charged in the morning (no problem there) We went for breakfast just after 10:15 in the morning to be told that we would have to be quick as breakfast was finished (first we had heard of a finish time for breakfast) so we rushed our order for hot food and when it came everything was switched off so we couldn’t get toast or...

Very Comfortable. Surprised that prior to arriving, the management, by email, asked us to confirm a booking in the brasserie on the basis that our package included an evening meal. This clearly was not the case. We cancelled the brasserie booking on arrival.
