This recently refurbished ground floor apartment perfectly combines space, comfort and location. With two bedrooms, it's ideal for small family groups, couples or two couples sharing.
What's more, being located on the ground floor, it's also ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs. Please note that there are steps down to the carparking and bin area at the rear of the property.
When you arrive at The Lookout you'll immediately hear the sounds of the waves lapping the shore of the beach which is just 100m away. What a great start to your holiday!
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright and fresh and beautifully decorated with lots of cosy features.
The sitting room area has been cleverly organised around the large picture window that looks out across Rhosneigr Bay with views to Ynys Feurig and Holy Island beyond.
You could easily while away the hours contemplating this stunning view and as the sun sets over the bay, you get the feeling that you could almost reach out and touch it from this restful space.
Furnished with a comfortable sofa, two recliner chairs, a flat-screen TV, and to the rear a dining table to seat four guests.
To the side of the sitting room is an open-plan kitchen, which is compact but well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, picnics or movie-night popcorn for the whole family!
Sleeping arrangements
There are two double bedrooms which make for an ideal family-friendly set up:
The main double bedroom features a king-size and there is a twin bedroom for the children.
The family bathroom features a large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
This property is offered complete with fresh towels and linen and you will receive a complimentary welcome pack with some little necessities to get your holiday started the right way.
The Nitty Gritty
To the front of the apartment building, there is a communal area with level pedestrian access that takes you into the centre within a 1-2 minute walk where you'll find convenience stores, surf and leisure shops and a great selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. To the rear of the property, there is designated parking and a secure large garage that houses a washing machine for your use. Please be aware that the property has steps at the back. However, you can access the bin and parking area by taking the main road and circumventing the apartment buildings, thereby avoiding the necessity to use the steps. The property has vehicular access via a private cul de sac. The Lookout is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved pet guest. This property provides one travel cot and one high-chair - We don't provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen. On arrival you will receive a complimentary welcome pack with a few essentials to get your holiday started the right way.

All about Rhosneigr
Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It's a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.
The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.
Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!
Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.
Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don't have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.
Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.
Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!
Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).
Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
