Enjoyed very much. However there were no bathrobes in our room so we had to ring down for them. Also no shower cap.Batteries ran out in safe so they should be checked. The restaurant is too big for intimate dining. We were told that we could only have 7.15 or 8.30 but when we went in it was nearly empty.
However we still enjoyed it.

We just had a one night stay, was there for a concert in the Ballymaloe Grainstore
the hotel was very impressive - very large room, bed just a touch hard, food excellent the scampi was to die for.reception staff could not have been more helpful and everywhere very clean. We had a room with sea view I imagine if you where there in summertime it would be beautiful. We will be back.
