Lucca es muy amable pero tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, me costo trabajo encontrar el sitio, llegando estuve timbrando cerca de 15 minutos y nadie me abría, después de que me abrieron esperé cerca de una hora para que me entregaran la habitación, cambiaron nuestras cosas de habitación mientras no estábamos y tiraron por error unos boletos que teníamos (al final aparecieron) y se extravío un artículo de belleza.

Très déçue
L’accueil que le proprio m’a fait laissait clairement à désirer. Il a bien montré qu’il était énervé qu’on arrive à 00h. Je l’avais prévenu 3 semaines avant il m’avait dit y a aucun problème. Le lendemain matin il m’a demandé de payer des taxes 3€ par jr et par personne. Ce qui m’a valu 35€ de taxe alors que sur le site il était mentionné: taxe comprise! Et il m’a demandé 30€ de supplément pr mon arrivée tardive. Je lui aie dis que c’etait Trop. Que je l’avais prévenu avant pr lui dire et il m’a dit ok ne payez pas le supplément. Je lui ai donné 40€ pr les taxes, il ne m’a jamais rendu ma monnaie (5€). Il n’avait pas l’appoint et m’a dit qu’il me les donnerait le lendemain mais j’en ai pas vu la couleur! Et pr finir aucune info pr le check out. On me dit que c’est à 11h. Je sors à 11h et ne trouve personne. J’avais vu une femme de ménage à 10h qui m’avait dit que je pourrais laisser ma valise à l’accueil et garder les clés pr pouvoir entrer chercher ma valise! Monsieur m’a harcelé pr que je vienne vite car j’avais pris les clés et un autre invité arrivait! Je suis revenue à 14h récupérer ma valise et j’ai laissé les clés, la femme de ménage rangeait notre chambre! Le petit déjeuner pas terrible! Que le café et le cappuccino de bon! En plus on choisissait la veille ce qu’on prendrait pr le petit dej mais il manquait toujours quelque chose sur ce qu’on demandait... le seul point positif pr moi était la localisation...

Very nice apartment close to Vatican
Very nice and perfectly clean apartment. Helpful and friendly host, that serves you breakfast every morning. Location is close to Vatican, so you need some time to get to city center. The bus stop is just 3 minutes away. Its in the resident area, so you should be ready for some city noise - but nothing unusually disturbing. WiFi is not quite stable, but works.
