"The beach was absolutely amazing. The rooms were fine , not luxury-level, but comfortable and certainly not the worst we’ve experienced. The overall layout of the resort is wonderful, and the property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the food. Most of it was served at room temperature and lacked flavor. We made a reservation at the Italian restaurant one evening, hoping for something better, but it fell short. I ordered the ravioli, and when my plate arrived, there were only two regular-sized ravioli, not large portions, just standard size,which was surprising and underwhelming. "

"We had a great star at this resort! The staff were amazing (shoutout to everyone that works here)! The pool and beach were fantastic, however I do have a major complaint - they need more sand on the beach volleyball court. Multiple people were smacking their knees and toes off of cement as there was the tiniest layer of sand over concrete. It’s been 4 days and my knee is still disgusting and won’t heal and it’s been cleaned and take care of properly. The food was good, but I was disappointed with how the smokehouse restaurant only had Americanized type food. We were excited for a nice steakhouse type (something more authentic, but pub style food) Resort was beautiful. A little confusing to get around at times, but it was a fun challenge at first Rooms are nice, but the bathroom has no fan or windows that open - you can hear everyone doing their business in there and it smells up the whole room. Not having windows that open also caused our stuff to be damp and musty smelling. Beds are comfy "

"The resort is lovely. The staff are amazing. We had to change rooms our second night because the one we booked was not available. They were good about it. "

"We booked Dreams preferred club junior suite. When we arrived we aere movedvro Secrets Aura andcwax told thiscwas an upgrade.I have stayed in Secrets in the past this was not an upgrade. When we addressed the issue with management they said they were full with no availability at Dreams but could go to the resturants at both resorts. "

"Birds galore!! Quiet rural setting. Wonderful stay! Delightful host with adorable pups!Will definitely stay here if I go back to Cozumel!!!"

"You won’t regret staying here. It’s well equipped to prepare meals to include a briquette BBQ. The unit has 2 mini split air conditioners to keep you cool along with a well maintained pool. The flora is amazing with dozens of orchids, palm trees and fruit bearing papaya tree. Wild birds fill the air with their calls. The compound is very secure and the neighborhood quiet except for the occasional ATV, which the noise is muffled by the surrounding block wall. Tavo is very communicative and he made access very easy with pictures and maps. We plan on coming back in 2028 with our extended family. "
