Great location for visiting family in the area. Excellent bus access to Tube. No lift and steepish stair so perhaps not for the physically challenged. Extremely friendly and obliging staff and very clean and comfortable. No obvious parking.

Was really great place, well maintained and clean. The staff was really friendly. We reached London way earlier than the checking time but the staff accommodated us for early checking and helped in booking as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel pure quirky decor - staff wonderful, friendly, welcoming, helpful extremely pleasant.
Good breakfast selection and decent coffee - overall a little discovery. Only problem, lack of lcal knowledge on my behalf, I feel my SatNav may have brought me into bus/taxi only zone when I left the area by car........cannot blame hotel but I would advise visitors who arrive by car to research their exit strategy in advance and avoid fines..
