"This is not a hotel what should be clarified before making the reservation. After 7pm, there is nobody at the front desk. I arrived after 8pm and the check in process was not easy although I had completed and sent the required form and copy of my passport in advance. I tried to go out after 7pm, there was nobody at the front desk to open the door. The property management should think about a better system for the guests to go out and access the building if there will be nobody at the front desk 24/7."
