"The staff at this place went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I wanted to give my kids an old fashioned bed & breakfast experience, and this place didn’t disappoint. Paddington Station very close, lots of food choices nearby. We even discovered St. Mary’s Hospital there, where penicillin was discovered. (There was a small museum there about it too). Only downside was there was only one electrical outlet we could find in the room, and no mirror near it, so drying my hair was a bit tricky, but they were kind enough to let me borrow a hairdryer for our whole stay. The communal bathrooms definitely get busy in the mornings, but they have quite a few. Thank you :)"

Room had all the amenities we needed. Could have used another couple pillows but no big deal. No complaints about cleanliness but there was construction on our floor."

"We had a family room (3 beds) for one night. Yes, it’s a hostel, so no, it’s not a plush hotel. But for the cost, the place is great. Fantastic location and friendly staff. 3 comfy beds in a good size room, and an en-suite with a great shower. A TV in the room, which we could use BBC iplayer on fine, and somewhere to get some food if you needed. What’s not to like."

"Had a great stay at a convenient and central location! Staff was excellent — our air conditioning stopped working one night and was fixed right away. The property is under construction, but we still found it very quiet and it did not disturb our sleep at all. The elevator is quite slow as there is only one working right now, but that’s really the only negative thing I can think of. Would definitely stay here again!"
