"Lovely homely place to stay. Room for three was large, warm and beds comfortable. Full tasty Irish breakfast included. Location right in the center of Killkenny."

"Beautiful lunch in the Grill Bar. Fabulous dinner and Breakfast. Pool and leisure facilities are adequate. Rooms are big, spacious and lobby has lots of airy spaces for working and meeting people. "
"Kilkenny was probably our favorite stop in Ireland. This hotel was centrally located and definitely within walking distance of much we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable. "
"Perfect location for a 2 night stay. All the sites we wanted to see were a few minutes walk awsy. Older hotel but pur room , especially the bathroom, was modern. Lots of stairs, though!"
"Our stay at The Hoban Hotel was very comfortable. The bed was just right, and the shower was superb! I would recommend to the hotel that they install stronger fans to reduce the humidity in the bathroom, and to discourage smokers from smoking right outside the building (our window was open and someone at the front entrance sent smoke right up into our room).
The staff were very friendly and we appreciated the excellent Continental breakfast options. "
