Located near 49th St and 38th Ave N, quiet residential neighborhood in North St Pete. Conveniently located close to downtown, Gulf beaches, I-275, and both major airports.

You will have access to the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bath downstairs apartment, a private off street parking space for one vehicle, and a shared patio area.

Please note, this is the downstairs apartment one of two separate buildings on the property. There may be guests in the home out front, or the apartment upstairs.

Parking: There is one assigned off-street parking space. On-street parking is also available for any additional vehicles.

Close to PSTA bus line #38 at Disston Plaza, but we recommend guests drive, ride-share, or bike around St. Petersburg!

All units are tenant/guest occupied. The property is professionally manages by a local property management company (Copeland Morgan LLC). There is no host on site, but we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival!

Cozy Lower, Clean and Comfy

Jeff is a fabulous property manager. five star service and super prompt responses. the price is well matched for the amenities which could use some updating, caulking, and a fresh coat of paint. Having said that, it would be at a higher price point if that was the case. AC worked great. Jeff quickly had the couple of things were missing sent right over. happened.

The host Jeff was extremely responsive and was well organized for checkin and checkout. The inside of the unit was clean, had plenty of storage and the heating/cooling unit worked well. The furniture was minimal but was very sufficient for the small space. We found the price to be very appropriate for the unit. The location was within walking of grocery stores, banks and plaza stores. The shared laundry room and outdoor grill worked well. This unit in our opinion would be better served for shorter stays because of an aged but functional stove and a very small sink. We were disappointed with the outdoor patio space as it was not as displayed on the website. This has been addressed with the host. Overall we found the unit to be functional and satisfactory for our needs.

Good location at a great price. This location is great for exploring St. Petersburg. You can quickly access the downtown or beach areas from this neighborhood. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and I felt safe. The apartment itself is small, but a good amount of space for 1-2 people. The property management company is quick to respond to any questions or issues. The listing photos do not accurately represent the property. I have attached photos I took myself in February 2026. As someone who stays for a month or more I like an up to date listing. I was disappointed by the status of the patio and that the furniture was different than the listing. I found the bed comfortable, but the couch was awful. I did contact property management about it and they offered a blanket and to order a cushion, which never arrived in the month I was there. However, this place is still a great deal in this location. It is hard to find a rental with an actual kitchen in this price range. It took me a minute to figure out how to access the alley, but it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot.I enjoyed my time in St. Petersburg. The Sunshine City has a lot to explore.
