Good: We needed a large home with pool and the firepit and outdoor space was nice. Location to Dunedin was good. Communication was good to until the day of. My room was surprisingly soundproof to the backyard activities going on. Pool temp was flexible which was appreciated since we had overcast.Bad: Location was fine minus being right on a main road. Road didn't create noise but with a small child it creates alarm. Old outdated home. I get nervous if pictures accurately depict a property and usually they don't. The appliances were gross and old, ice maker disgusting, bathrooms need renovations, no attention to bedding detail, looked like a flat sheet for the bed skirt, many chairs were broken, I found medication pills on the dirty rug in one bedroom, there's just a lot of room for improvement.
