I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room.
I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel

We stayed in the Lakeside room with a hot tub. It was a lovely, food in all the restaurants was excellent. Managed to take a walk too around the surrounding villages. Recommended!

An individually made hot breakfast (non-greasy, delicious ) was available, in addition to many additional options (croissants, yoghurts etc) and good coffee. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a short walk from the Underground station (Piccadilly Line).
