"Clean room: helpful staff; nice to have sauna, steam, and pool available to use. And nice gym for hotel. Only issue would be that the bathroom was a little smaller and cramped. Otherwise everything was perfect"

"It's the 3rd time we choose this hotel when we go to London. Well situated near the underground (Russell Square) line that goes direct from/to airport (no transfer). Plenty of restaurants & bars near by. Great breakfast too. We enjoyed the very large shower in our bathroom. But who had that very bad idea to paint corridors black ??? Probably some kind of gothic weirdo. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This is a lovely hotel in a good position for Tube access. Rooms very modern and clean. However only two plug sockets, not ideal when charging phones and other gadgets need plugging in. No kettle in room although you could go down to the restaurant in a morning and get hot water, not ideal though when you just want a brew and have to get dressed to get one. Need to be tech savy as all controls in room work off an ipad and limited tv channels available. There was an option to connect to own device but this did not work. If staying at a weekend there is no cleaning service on a Saturday."

"Everyone was SO friendly and genuinely kind. Nothing was too hard and all done with a smile and politeness. Amazing location, top hotel, would consider staying again on my next trip. My son loved it too, it really was the staff that made it."
