"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...

"This place was absolutely amazing! It’s huge. 4 floors (could be an issue for someone with mobility issues) and can sleep 14! It also has 4 bathrooms- 3 with showers. It was amazing for our family vacation everyone had space, their own bed, and almost their own bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and they had complimentary items to use! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Fantastic little hotel / kitchenette room, excellent facilities right on the beach front, room had everything you required, clean comfortable bed Wi-Fi, power shower, hotel staff were fabulous, great communications, vast knowledge of the area, great links to Santa Monica pier Venice Beach canals, bars restaurants souvenir shops, fantastic area, loved my stay sure to be back 5 ⭐️"

"I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

"The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. That was refreshing exercise and sheer bliss! We liked the outside table where we enjoyed breakfast and some meals. "I did not like that they waited until the last minute to let you know how to get into the property. I don't give personal information away via text. A conversation with an actual person would have been nice. Telling you that they will text you and that information is needed."
