The modernly furnished flat Luxury Penthouse in the Tower is located in the town of Playa de las Américas just a 3-minute walk from the beach (270 m) and impresses with a spectacular view of the communal courtyard of the resort with swimming pool and jacuzzi and the sea within reach. The spacious flat has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 people. The equipment also includes WLAN (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and 3 SAT TVs.

The flat has a balcony and a private terrace with awning, sun loungers, comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor dining area. Here you can relax on the sun loungers (for a small fee) on hot summer days or refresh yourself in the cool waters of the pool.

Fantastic Apartment!

This place is fantastic! Great complex, great location, you want for nothing when staying here, spotlessly clean, and check in with management in the resort was stop on. Plus the views are spectacular.

Our time here was great. The apartment is situated in a fab location - walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets etc. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sun set. I chose the apartment as it had more than one bedroom, travelling with a teen they need their own space - bonus they also had a separate bathroom! It was spacious. The location of this apartment was another reason we chose it. It was fully equipped with towels, kitchen utensils etc., safety deposit box and my favourite, a washing machine! The pool area is very well kept, the downside is that you have to pay for beds however, you were always guaranteed to get one whatever time of day. The pool bar was good, only ate there once but enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous Apartment

Had a great stay in fabulous apartment. Was just as in pictures. Very clean everything you need was provided including bottles of water on arrival. Natalie met us on arrival and checked us was very friendly and helpful. Views from balcony are stunning and apartment very central for restaurants and bars. Already planning return trip
