Staff all so friendly. Food amazing.

Great place, great location, amazing staff. Highlt recommend to everyone

This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. Gloria at reception really made our stay, she was very helpful with advice on the local area and hire a car. Which great! Thanks Gloria and all the...

Superb accomodation. Friendly staff, excellent amenities and dining options, spectacular views. Cannot say anything bad about the property.

Staff were excellent, made the stay very enjoyable, lovely hotel, would recommend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Juan, the general manager, was not only stunning in his professionalism but also incredibly attentive to every detail of our stay. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel like VIPs, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our visit. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, with tastefully...

Perfect

What an amazing place to be at. Best holiday I’ve ever had. Our child was in princess heaven. The staff is exceptionally wonderful. Never felled more relaxed than after our holiday here. Thank you all so so much.

Stayed first week of May with my wife and 2 kids under 6 years of age. Booked and highly recommend the double garden rooms with inter-connecting doors so adults in one room and kids in 2single beds across the divide. Hotel is gorgeous from the minute you enter and all Staff were excellent all thru the week. Great varieties of food at breakfast each morning. Everything from hot to cold food across 5 different breakfast stations. You will always find something to eat for the kids each...

Super family hotel with great entertainment ... Make sure to book half board ! great pools and vistas are gorgeous ! Get a seaview room ! Food is very good in the buffet and great for kids...though I thought 10 Euro For a Baileys a little expensive ! Service at the beach club can be a little haphazard and this needs to be improved to bring it to five star! We were left waiting way too long and I noticed other guests were irritated at having to wait on food , bills and drinks ... Careful...

Amazing location and perfect for kids. Outstanding breakfast buffet and staff were top notch and very friendly. Really fast to get a taxi and entertainment every night was great.

This small rural Hotel is a beautiful historic house in a beautiful setting. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy the countryside but it was also very close to the town which had all the necessary shops and some places to eat. Going out for a walk each morning as the sun rose was challenging but very rewarding. We really appreciated the fact that there was no TV. Only the sounds of nature to wake up to. Our host was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was most...
