"A great place to rest and get away from it all but somewhat neglected and with some deficiencies in the house. Communication from the owner has been dry, reduced and terse. The jacuzzi-pool in the advertisement was a bit dirty and did not work and the owner told us that it never worked. A water pipe under the sink suddenly broke down and we had to keep bailing water every time we went to wash the dishes. The doorknob on the bathroom door was also broken. "Staff in club lounge were amazing. We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay. Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay. We have stayed 5 times now and will return with preferred club. 3 out of 5 have been club so we obviously enjoy the extras that club offers, in particular the terrace and of course club lounge for breakfast. Oh also the live music at breakfast really does make you know you’re at a premium hotel. Feliz Navidad 🎄 Robert and Anne x"
