"The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. "Stayed here often. It is convenient and easy to get too. There is parking but it's a way away. We tend to use the street parking as if you park for 2 hours late it goes overnight until 10 the next day and that suits us. The rooms are fine, especially the back (non road front) rooms as they are quieter. Note there is no restaurant now so you get breakfast (with a small discount) across the road at the Pickled Pantry. Negatives are few but I've mentioned them before - The shower is good but could do with a grab bar as getting out is a little dangerous for older folks like me - Could do with more electric points nearer the bed The bed is comfy Overall recommended if in Surbiton"

"The rooms were lovely and clean and well presented. The breakfast room was light and airy and food was lovely. The grounds were well kept. A picturesque setting. The only downside was the bar was not manned and you had to wait for reception staff to call upon someone to come and serve you. The staff were all polite, helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is located next to Epsom Race Course and has a spacious free car park (I expect it will be full on race days). The reception staff were efficient and welcoming. My room was on the 3rd floor accessed by 2 lifts (plus stairs). My room was spacious with a comfortable double bed, a 2 seater settee, a desk and chair. Equipped with a kettle, tea,coffee, and milk; a hair drier; iron and ironing board. The ensuite was a compact arrangement of a shower cubicle, w.c. and sink. Soap and shampoo provided. Free internet. Decent sized TV The breakfast is included consisted of a good selection of cereals, fruit, pastries plus hot food on a self service basis. Tea and coffee plus fruit juice also available. For evening food, there is a limited pizza bar service. However, the hotel does provides a list of nearby dining venues and a list of local venues that offer takeaway and delivery options. The dining area is quite spacious and comfortable."
