"Check in was the worst part almost 2 hrs & maybe 4 couples in front of us. No refreshments at check in. Other than that it was amazing!!!!! Would definitely go again. If I can be notified of deals I would make it my next destination!"

"The room was amazing. Very clean. Our sink was plugged the one day but they came up within 15 minutes and fixed it and apologized multiple times. The concierge called multiple times to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They even decorated our room for our daughter's birthday. All staff are very very friendly. Food was great . Pools are amazing. Kids club was great for the kids. Shows were unbelievable!!!! Huge shout out to Bernice the concierge. She was fabulous and professional. And it does not matter if your a are privilege or not you get the same treatment. We will be back . The best stay we've ever had. All the staff made us feel like royalty !!!!"

"This was one of or the best tropical vacation I have been on and I’ve been on a few. This hotel is gorgeous and the staff was so very very friendly!! You can’t go wrong with this place it really is paradise!!"

"The room and the staff were superb! The lower rate room we got, was backed up to an unknown property that had many dogs that barked through the day. Sounded like a dog fighting ring mid afternoon. Otherwise everything was great"

"The room was big and beautiful. There was a slight water leak in my room but the staff was constantly working to fix, maintain, and update unused rooms. The staff was all great and very accommodating, including the cleaning staff, who took care of everyone."
