"This is my second time staying here for good reason! Lovely staff, clean rooms with cold a/c and comfortable beds, down a quiet street while still close to the tube and lots of restaurants. The coffee bar downstairs is such a nice touch!"

"Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else."

"I enjoyed my stay at Cleveland Residences Kensington. I stayed here for a week. It is in a great location with two tube stations a short walk away. It is also a short walk to a ton of dining choices and M&S Foods which is a grocery store. There was a code for the front door and for the door to my room. I felt very safe staying here. There was also staff on duty until 11pm every night. Dominique, who worked in the office, was very helpful and kind. He always greeted my son and I with a smile. He made it easy to ask questions and was attentive to the needs of the guests. My room was exactly as described and well appointed. The room was nice and clean when I arrived. I appreciated having air conditioning in the room because it got quite warm on some days. The shower was a little bigger than other places I've stayed in London with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was very convenient to have a free laundry room to use in the building. Not only do I recommend this place to others, I would gladly stay here again if I ever return to London."

"Stayed at the Merit Kensington Hotel for three nights after a cruise. Wonderful location. Safe neighborhood and lots of shops. Beds were comfortable in the bathroom was bright and clean. I would definitely stay here again."
