"Good place to stay if you’re going on an early flight"

"When I arrived to my room during check in, there were towels on the floor in the bathroom and in disarray on the sink. There was garbage on the bathroom bin and a pair of mens shoes in the closet. I went back to the front desk to complain and was given another room. That room only came with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and a bath mat. I didn't have any washcloths.If you want housekeeping to clean during your stay, you have to request it. There is no Continental breakfast but a small market you pay for. Also the water doesn't stay hot for very long. The bed sheets caused my eczema to flare up again after not having any issues with my skin for weeks."

"I am a very fair/reasonable person and this review will be also. When booking the room I was not informed that the hotel did not have any parking and that my only options would be paying $29 for a third party Valet service or street parking. I was in a rental so street parking in Newark was not an option. Then first time we needed to leave they gave us the key and we had to fetch our cars ourselves-so was it valet or were the employees just lazy. The room looked presentable but was filthy. It was half fast cleaned. The shower had hair in it and the floors were nasty. We booked the room for 4 days and not once did house keeping clean the floors or the shower all they did was replace our towels, empty the trash and remake our beds. The floors were not swept at all. The 2nd night after going all the way to the 8th floor our card did not work, went back to check-in come to find out the person who checked us in only set the key for a day! The breakfast was disgusting all accept for the waffles. Personally I would not recommend or reuse this hotel at all."

"Breakfast menu very limited. No staff were available to wipe down tables. Bar was closed on a Saturday evening (!) during our stay. The young lady at check-in is extremely unfriendly and has never cracked a smile during any of our stays, and we've stayed there several times. She doesn't even say "Thank you". The room.... was very disappointing. I was told it was cleaned, but the bathroom smelled of urine and there were a couple of hairs on the sink. The pillows are awful. The AC did not cool the room sufficiently. I don't know if we'll be staying there again. Very disappointing stay."

"They had a boxed breakfast that was not that great. Initially it looked good with a hasbrown patty sausages 1/4 waffle crossant but it was microwaved for 2 minutes and then it mostly all tasted pretty bad. They were understaffed for their early guests who wanted breakfast so we only got something to drink an hour into breakfast alongside the over microwaved breakfast. When showed a picture of the buffet that they had online , front staff said that picture was from “before”. Before what? I don’t know. The hallways were echoing sounds early in the morning and some of our sheets had black marks on them. There was no hand soap in the washroom. The bed was comfy we would stay there again so not too bad . "
