Property composed of a renovated 18th century old mansion and a semi-detached cottage with garden and terrace located in the romantic Petit Morin valley offering 400 m2 of living space. The two cottages are independent and allow you to meet several groups of friends or family to share exceptional moments of relaxation without being limited by space in a warm atmosphere: fireplace, stove, sauna, library, allowing 28 to 30 modular beds. They have 9 rooms. Numerous equipment (Wifi, 2 TV, channel, sound bar, video games, board games, books and games for children. Baby chairs and outdoor kitchen for barbecue.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent week-end dans cette charmante maison. Elle est originale, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et propre. Nous nous y sommes sentis Ă  l’aise et confortables. Merci Ă  ValĂ©rie, qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active Ă  toutes nos questions et qui y a rĂ©pondu avec soin. La ville est calme et paisible, et les habitants ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs gentils et accueillants. Nous avons tout apprĂ©ciĂ©, et, mĂȘme avec un grand groupe de 26 personnes, tout s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©.

EVJF au top grĂące au logement

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans ce logement. Verdelot est une ville charmante. Le logement était propre et trÚs agréable. Beaucoup de vaisselle disponible pour plus de simplicité pour les grandes tablées. Un séjour au top !

Super séjour pour 30 personnes

Super sĂ©jour pour notre pacs! Nous Ă©tions 30. Les lieux Ă©taient super propres. Le linge des lits etaient doux, les lits confortables et tout sentait trĂšs bon. La terrasse, le jardin et le coin sous abrit Ă©taient fabuleux. Les espaces etaient grands et spacieux. Dans les cusiines, tout le materiel pour cuisiner. Des dizaines de verres, assiettes, couverts, tasses Ă  disposition. Tout Ă©tait propre. Les Ă©lectromĂ©nagers (surtout fours et lave-vaisselles) grands et propres. Il y avait mĂȘme du produit pour lave-vaisselle! Nous avions a disposition 2 grandes plancha et 1 BBQ charbon oĂč nous avons fait nos viandes et legules pour 30 personnes. ValĂ©rie super sympa et a disposition. Nous a rĂ©pondu sans nous faire attendre lorsque nous avons eu besoin de renseignements. ÉnormĂ©ment de salles de bains. Serviettes a dispositionpour tout te monde. MĂȘme les nappes sentaient bon! Boulangerie et boucherie a veils malmaison (02) a 5 minutes en voiture. Si besoin de livraison pour les petits dejs ou BBQ. Au top! Seul bĂ©mol: il n'y a rien dans le village. Le supermarchĂ© le plus proche est a 25 minutes en voiture (Super U). Je recommande a 10000%

Communication fluide et reactive avec Valerie. La maison est top. C'est grand, possibilitĂ© d'ĂȘtre tranquille et au calme avec la seconde partie de maison. Bonnes literies, largement suffisamment de sanitaires, propretĂ© nickel, equipement parfait pour le nombre de convives. Exterieur super avec tout ce qu'il faut. Parfait pour les grandes réunions de famille

Le gßte de Valérie est spacieux, propre et trÚs bien équipé. Nous y étions à 25 et tout le monde a été ravi de ce lieu. La composition en deux gßtes reliés par le jardin est aussi parfait pour isoler un peu les couches tÎt ou levés tard du reste de la troupe. Valérie s'est également montrée trÚs disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions en amont.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet endroit qui est trÚs bien conçu pour les groupes avec enfants/ados (que nous avons pu tous loger dans le dortoir). Chambre et salle de bain en quantités, cour fermée pour la sécurité des plus petits. Ce fut un superbe week-end.

Top pour un week-end en famille / malheureusement pas d'accĂšs au sauna ni au jacuzzi

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, la maison Ă©tait propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, la communication s'est bien passĂ©e. Lieu trĂšs agrĂ©able. Par contre, la prĂ©cision de l’annonce en ligne est Ă  amĂ©liorer. 1. La maison n'est pas toute Ă  fait Ă  proximitĂ© de Disney. 2. Au niveau des Ă©quipements sauna et jacuzzi, nous n'avons tout simplement pas eu accĂšs. L'hĂŽte nous a indiquĂ© en arrivant (et pas en amont) qu'il ne serait pas possible d'avoir accĂšs au sauna. Le lendemain, quand j'ai demandĂ© d'avoir accĂšs au jacuzzi, j'ai eu comme retour "comme vous n’avez pas demandĂ© le Jacuzzi, il n’a pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©parĂ©. C’est en option avec un supplĂ©ment et long Ă  prĂ©parer." Cela n'est pas du tout indiquĂ© sur l'annonce. Et par contre, les Ă©quipements sont bien inclus dans le prix de la location. C'Ă©tait une des raisons pour laquelle j'avais choisi cet logement. Dommage.

Parfait pour une réunion de famille

Nous avons passé un super anniversaire dans la maison de Valérie à 23 adultes et 2 enfants... les lits sont trÚs confortables et le linge de lit est trÚs bien entretenu. Nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur avec la terrasse couverte, le baby foot et 2 petits lapins qui ont pu gambader dans le petit jardin. Il y a largement de quoi faire au niveau de la vaisselle et les nombreux frigos sont un gros plus avec autant de monde. La communication avec Valérie a été parfaite également. Bref, un trÚs bon week-end.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

ValĂ©rie ist sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe erfolgte persönlich mit einem Rundgang inkl. ErklĂ€rungen zum Haus. Die 2 HĂ€user sind etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nicht störte. Kinder konnten im 2ten Haus schlafen und so konnte man im ersten Haus auch lauter sein. Mehrere KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke vorhanden, um genug zu verstauen. Das Haus im kleinen Dorf ist etwas abgelegen, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir nicht Raumfahrt wollten um Party zu machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr Kleinigkeiten im Dorf, Supermarkt in 15 min. mit dem Auto. Lieferservice hat auch funktioniert. Disneyland in 45 min. Paris in 1Std. 20min. FĂŒr Kinder ist viel zum spielen da.

Ideale per gruppi

Valérie Ú stata molto accogliente e molto reattiva. La casa ha uno charme particolare ed Ú adattissima a gruppi di amici e famiglie che vogliono passare una vacanza insieme. Bellissima vacanza.
