"The hotel was lovely and the staff courteous and accommodating. Aside from a few, limited spots which showed some age and repair, the accommodations were immaculate. I will certainly stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and our room was excellent. Bar/restaurant area was really nice and the lady serving at the bar was really lovely. We will definitely stay again. Ate at the restaurant called Amni across the road and it was excellent. Loads of choice of lovely restaurants nearby and main shopping area just round the corner made it a brilliant location."
"Very nice property with friendly staff. Location is a short walk to town where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
The majority of the rooms are in the building across the parking lot from the hotel restaurant and river. Partial view river views look across the parking lot and are quite limited but pleasant. "
"Had a great one night's stay. Lovely welcome by Muskan. We had a great night's sleep and enjoyed the food. The leisure centre was clean and well equipped. Easy access to Chester. Definitely recommend staying here."
"Hotel was stunning both inside and outside and the staff were really friendly and polite nothing was too much trouble. Bed was really comfy and breakfast was excellent would come back to stay next time we are in Chester. Great location 5 minutes from motorway and only a few minutes from city centre and the zoo which is why we visited"
"Staff are wonderful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into town. The room was extremely hot, window only opened slightly, no A/C The bar could do with more ambience, felt a bit like an airport lounge. Maybe dim the lights, a few plants and put candles on tables. Really annoying having to pay for parking £28 for two nights, however that seems to be most English hotels in towns. Overall I would go back."
