"The breakfast is the best thing about this homestay, along with the price. It used to have a quiet and tranquil outlook but a cultural show/theme park has been built opposite and is noisy until about 10. Nice distance from Hoi An old town."

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable room, the location was excellent and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. All the staff provided excellent service in particular, we wanted to thank Tiffany in the reception for very friendly and attentive service. As much as we enjoyed our time with Tiffany, we wanted to also reinforce how good the service was all-round. Although we enjoyed a walk to the lake, we also enjoyed the restaurants near to the hotel

If you want a 5 star hotel experience stay here. From the moment we arrived our every need was looked after. Paula wasn ’t feeling too well one morning and Benny in the dining room went out of his way getting herbal drinks for her and even sending some to our room that night. Thomas and Jeremy and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew where we were going and on our return would have drinks ready for us , much appreciated in the heat. A big thank you to all the staff.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

A wonderful hotel in a perfectly quiet location!
This is a beautiful hotel situated in a very peaceful area. It has an ideal location an easy and pleasant walk to the city center, just the right distance so you don't get tired. The staff here is absolutely outstanding and extremely helpful. They truly go above and beyond, even providing a lovely turndown service to prepare the room for the night. Highly recommended!

The cruise was amazing and very well organised from the moment we booked until we checked out and got to our next hotel. All the staff was very courteous and helpful, always smiling and always with a quick response to our needs. The transfers were very smooth, Tracy organized the transfers for us, we want to thank her especially for helping with the transfer to TAm Coc, she booked a bus for us which was a nice minivan with comfortable seats, similar to the transfer from HAnoi, which dropped us...
