"Found this place after being stranded at Heathrow and it was so good! The room was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were amazing! We really appreciated the assistance with booking a taxi at check out, with the staff member even using his own phone to talk to the driver. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!"

This Hotel is very comfortable and convenient to Terminal 4 and a short tube ride to Terminals 2 and 3. Check in was quick and even though I arrived at 2.15pm( official check in is 3pm) my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, coffee machine, bottled water , a safe, ice bucket, bathrobes and slippers and toiletries. The bathroom was very clean with a bath and a separate walk in shower! The bed was very comfy and I was delineate plug points by the bed....

great location for our specific needs this trip. found staff very helpful and accomodating. rooms clean and hotel modern and has all one would need for a stay in london. breakfast good, yet to try the restaurant but will do so before we leave.
