"Karolina Czapla and the front desk Team were excellent. Have had many excellent stays at this hotel. Previous stays were 5 stars. They’ve made changes to the hotel since I last stayed. Some good, some not so good. Proximity to Terminal 4 is a major plus. "

"This was a very comfortable place for my recent overnight stay at the London airport. I liked that it was easy to get from the hotel to my flight terminal. I also thought that the cost was very reasonable. The room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again."

"I was really impressed by the gym and pool here and the bed is super comfy. Very well air conditioned. It was such a chill out bliss to use the gym, sauna and steam room as well as the pool before an early morning flight. The real selling point is their policy on no children for the last hour of the spa opening. It means it can actually be relaxing. Superb"
