"Easy check in, clean rooms"

"Got there around 5:00 PM, one customer service at the counter, she was quick, friendly and professional and doing the best she could by herself. Absolutely loved all the amenities, the pool, the lazy river was awesome. Breakfast was of good quality, a little disorganized but otherwise great, loved my room, however not a fan of the shower. Overall a great stay, i will definitely return. "

"The available staff, front desk and house keeping, were kind and professional and did their best to accommodate patrons. Unfortunately, there was no available management staff, or resource, to utilize when questions arose, and clearly not adequate training for the front desk staff. Here are a few specific examples: 1. Never received a wake up call X 3 mornings as requested. 2. When requested a printed receipt of hotel bill at time of check out, the printer was not working and there was no one available to assist single front desk staff member …. 3. When asked about location of nearest public bus stop, and related info. no one knew, or attempted assistance… Again, no available superiors to ask 4. Very limited shuttle services … despite web site, and needed to be arranged by the hotel guests themselves … again, no hotel services 5. Attempted subsequently to call to speak with a supervisor and was told that they were @ a training session, and again was told by the front they were not available ….and were NOTr aware when the training was over…"
