"Top notch from booking, stay and staff. Highly recommend 👍"

"Charming guest house with friendly staff. Great location."

"Great parking and a nice clean, small but quiet room"

"Lovely couple of nights at the Hideaway. Fantastic breakfast and great service. Owner very helpful with recommendations for a restaurant for our anniversary."

"We had a really good experience, thank you!"

"We came here after our trek from Scafell Pike and it was exactly what we needed to relax which was a lovely hot tub. Lauren was very helpful and welcomed us in. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others."

"excellent location, friendly staff in a country house with a modern feel."

"clean room, all you can order breakfast"

"Great location if you’re coming and going by train. Ask for a room “not” facing the street - mine did and even with ear plugs the traffic noise was quite loud. (Doesn’t help old school single pane windows which I suppose is common there.) Shower was also weak and stain on duvet cover was, even though small, gross. That said, location, staff and breakfast (included) were great."

"Great room fantastic breakfast"

"Excellent stay at the Windermere suite. The room was spotless and really nice. Ray & Wong were excellent hosts and helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and delivered to your room and even accommodating for my wife who is gluten intolerant. Loads of parking on site and really close to the centre and Bowness."

"Perfect place to stay. Very clean and luxurious. Highly recommended"

"The breakfast was wonderful and the location was wonderful. "

"Lovely clean and convenient. Breakfast was great as was the service. Highly recommend."

"Room was clean, staff very friendly and local shop and amenities walking distance."

"Stunning guest house, absolutely spotless. Would definitely recommend, and also stay again."

"Great for couples and amazing views"

"Super beautiful and amazing."

"Although this property was clean and presented well, I was disappointed after paying nearly $300 that there where no toiletries other that pump soap and no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also the room was so hot as was the hotel itself. One plus the pool was clean and well kept. Room service was poor."

"There was no staff , can’t able to contact to manger , it was difficult to enter the property, there was no guidance"
