"Very helpful receptionist on arrival, nice warm comfortable room (very comfortable bed) good selection at breakfast, overall a very good one night stay.. The only observation for future customers is that if travelling by public transport as i was the hotel is not easy to find, having said that i would definately use this hotel again."

"For £60 a night the room was great with a large, clean bathroom and a double bed and sofa bed. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options (no fried eggs of that is a deal-breaker for anyone, just scrambled). There was even a gluten free section. Despite the hotel being extremely busy the staff were very polite "

"Everything was perfect, room cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Breakfast was hot and a good variety of cooked and continental to choose from. Perfect location for Stoke on Trent and motorway. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful throughout stay."

"Very friendly and efficient checkin on arrival. Heating all switched on in room, when we arrived so was wonderfully warm. Christmas stocking with some "Goodies"hanging on our bedroom door-knob on Christmas morning. Excellent service throghout our stay."
