Bootham Retreat is our outstanding brand new apartment located in a prime location in York City Centre
The accommodation is truly luxurious and sumptuous, is in a terrific location just a few minutes walk away from Bootham Bar, York Minster and all of the city's amenities.
This beautiful apartment offers 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, with the opportunity to attach them together to make them into a king-size!
The fixtures and fittings in the apartment are top-class with luxurious modern furnishings throughout.
The accommodation is all on one level providing a gorgeous open plan living-dining room with a tastefully decorated kitchen, Beautiful bedroom's and an immaculate bathroom.
This superb 5 star apartment provides off-site parking for a small daily fee in a nearby carpark! The apartment is accessed through a private entrance.
Super-fast Wi-Fi is provided together with the added bonus of Smart TVs in the living room with Freeview & Netflix.

Weekend trip to York

Great place for a flying visit to York, a short walk from the city centre and great to be able to dump the car for a couple of days. Everything you need in the apartment, food etc, Bars and Restaurants close by and so much choice, this will be our first choice stay when heading back to York again!

Central apartment with parking

Great stay, visited with my family so the twin room was perfect for the children. Nice apartment, close to the city centre. Location was great. There was a shop right on the corner which was perfect for just arriving and grabbing your basics. We stayed for 5 nights and the property was well equipped with everything we needed for this time. Very clean. Would come back.

Hidden Gem

I cannot recommend this place enough if you are wanting a central apartment, the apartment was easily accessible and decorated to a high standard, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the apartment was spotless, the bathroom was very spacious and a nice shower over the bath, very practical. I don't know what more you could want for a break away in York. The letting agents were fab and on hand when needed!!

Perfect for our family of 4!

Ideal place for a couple and 2 children, our kids loved having their own bedroom. Well planned out inside, fairly small flat in hindsight but feels big inside. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Best location you could ask for if exploring York. Parking space was on the smaller side but we managed and was lucky to have any free parking at all given the excellent location. Enjoyed by all and will be back.

Great little property and location. Very convenient for the city centre.

The apartment was rented by a group of three friends. We wanted a property that was close to York St Johns (for a reunion) and convenient for getting into the city centre. With two bedrooms, social space for us and a few visitors, this property was ideal. It is compact but well equipped for a short stay. We appreciated having a proper dining area as well as comfortable seating. The car parking space was a bonus, but no good for a larger vehicle. It is less than 5 minutes walk from Bootham Bar. There are a couple of shops and several pubs a short walk away.
