Outstanding property. We stayed three nights. We had a small issue with water the first day but the hotel staff was on top of it and made everything right. Will definitely stay there again.

I loved staying here. The hotel is sooooo conveniently located....can't imagine anything better. Right next to a water taxi, and from my windows, I could see Dior, Tiffany and Hermes! A girl's dream location! :) If I'm ever back in Venice, and I hope that'll be the case, I would most definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends.

The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. While water taxis can be pricey, cruising through Venice along the Grand Canal is a spectacular experience that’s well worth it.

Bad recommendation for boat trip from hotel.
"The hotel and service is fantastic, the only issue we were asked at check-in if we wanted a boat trip from hotel to see the main canals. It was the biggest waste of 90 euros. Boat was covered so couldn't see hardly anything no commentary to tell us where we were or any explanation."
