This is not our first stay at this property. The bed was so comfortable!
Time to start upgrading the rooms. Doors showed signs of water damage and time to move forward with getting rid of carpet.go laminate.

The service was exceptional from front desk, to doorman, to in room dining. The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms were very clean and have essentials ike shampoo, hair dryer, and extra things like robes. Also brought up a mini fridge for personal items. Never told that the mini bar had sensors on it.

Being located right in the heart of downtown Toronto it is as convenient as it gets, the staff is supurb, the rooms were clean, overall a great experience. Will absolutely be staying again on my next trip to Toronto.
