Staff was nice, and quite helpful. They helped us arrange a very early ride to the airport, and kindly held our bags for us because we arrived too early to fully check in. That was much appreciated because then we could enjoy our time exploring Venice. Then they surprised us with a room upgrade when we returned!
Room was clean, with a relaxing rain-head shower, and really comfortable bed.
Location was perfect, easy access to the airport via a hired car, and across from a vaporetto stop. It is not a far walk from all the sites (20 to 25 minute walk to St Mark's square), but in a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so very accommodating, making us feel very special. The rooms were spotless and the bedding lovely. The shower was amazing! Delicious food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient and yet quiet away from tourist areas. We would highly recommend this hotel again and again . Lastly, when you go back to the airport please consider the private water taxi. It was fun, gorgeous and efficient. Definitely worth the price and the hotel made all arrangements.
