The staff were wonderful and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing at the same time. I had two appointments at the spa and they were wonderful.

Our stay in Cancún was wonderful, but the person who truly made our experience unforgettable was Luany. From the moment we met her, she treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. She didn’t just do her job—she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. What stood out most was how sincere she was. Luany made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. She was attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and always willing to help. Her positive energy and exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on both of us and elevated our entire vacation. Employees like Luany are the reason guests remember a hotel, recommend it to others, and choose to return. Management should know that she is an incredible representative of this property and a tremendous asset to the team. She deserves to be recognized and rewarded for the level of care she provides. If raises, promotions, or employee awards are being considered, Luany should absolutely be at the top of that list. Thank you, Luany, for helping make our Cancún trip so special. Staff is friendly and courteous. Facility is clean.

Very good property with many amenities and a fair amount of activities. Each night there is entertainment in one of the venues ranging from cabaret shows to live bands. We were there for Mexican Independence day and there was a special dinner celebration and entertainment. There are approximately six restaurants for dining to give you enough variety for a week stay. Staff was very friendly in every area of the property. The activity leaders of Yoga, Zumba, and water stretching were all great instructors. The hotel rooms are very nice, we stayed in an upgraded junior suite and we had no issues with sinks, water temperature, or pressure.
