El hotel está un poco deteriorado pero el personal se encarga que no veas nada malo todos todos son extremadamente atentos desde la recepción fue extraordinario y en el bufet súper atentos el personal me impresionó mucho con el cariño y la atención que te atendían todo súper limpio y la piscina hermosa me encantó solo pocos lugar se veían un poco deteriorados pero por todo lo demás la verdad excelente para mi los días no me alcanzaron.

Secrets Mirabel was the best resort we have ever stayed at! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the whole property was clean and updated. I tried the spa for a massage and hydrotherapy treatment. The attention to detail and service was phenomenal!! All of our dining options were perfect, buffet has great options, and table service was amazing (had reservations at Blue Water Grill and Teppanyaki experience).
I recommend this resort for a relaxing, chill, vacation or honeymoon.

We paid for elite service and we got the same service as everyone else, adult section was with kids so it wasn’t only adults, phone in the room didn’t work , remote for the tv didn’t have battery, our swim up pool in the room was dirty, they still had construction work after hours
This place was not ready for renew opening and this place was empty

The room was cleaned good, but the shower cabin should be renovated.
Staff is helpful, polite and hospitable.
Breakfast is OK . It would be more convenient if guests could make tea themselves not waiting until waiters ‘d bring it.
The last night of our stay was quite noisy because of neighbors who were coming back late and clapping the doors.
All in all the rate can be 4,6
