Most staff were very helpful. One wasn’t!
There was construction in the room beside us. They were drilling in the walls at 6 am. We asked to changed room. The staff said oh the construction is done. Which is wasn’t!
The shower was in a corner and the way the doors opened up you had to step in the shower sideways and even then it was a tight fit.
