The staff on arrival were polite, friendly, quick and efficient. When we got to the room it was lovely, spotlessly clean and full of little touches to give you that treehouse feel, the whole hotel had a lovely relaxed feeling and you are literally just a few minutes walk from wherever you want to be. Will definitely be returning.

Overall lovely hotel

I was away in Manchester with a colleague on a course, so we've booked twin room. To our surprise there were two beds with two beddings, but put together as one. Beds were touching each other and there was no way of moving them apart, as the night stands prevented it. This was not a twin room and should not have been sold as such

Great checking in facilities, friendly staff, very comfortable room ,nice breakfast and good restaurant for evening meals, great location.

Everything was excellent! I would recommend this hotel highly.

Lovely building, rooms a bit tired. Not really convenient to pull up and drop passengers off. Wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel was lovely and clean, friendly staff. Beach on your doorstep and eateries all close

It was clean, had the amenities we needed, good location and the owners/staff were courteous and pleasant.
