Disney's Maingate East Ski Holidays

Booked a last minute 3 day get away. Property was pretty. Our room on ground floor was a bit dated. Carpet worn out. Room was near elevator.

The Westgate Palace Hotel was a lovely place to stay, and I believe it is suitable for both couples and families. We had a wonderful experience. Me and my daughter. In my perspective, it is more of a family-oriented hotel than a party hotel.

When we arrived, instead of the 2 bedroom villa that I reserved and paid for, we got a one bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed. They told me it was overbooked. Thankfully they moved us the next day.

Overall great, besides our bathroom experience. The best hotel to stay if you’re doing Sea World, small walk across the street.

This is our second year staying at this location and it didnt disappoint. It's in a great location about 12 mins from Disney and the ESPN Complex.

Being a Florida resident we go to Disney often and have stayed in almost every nice hotel both on Disney property and off. After we found the Waldorf we haven't stayed anywhere else. It's perfect. We love the hotel, the grounds, the dining etc. It's also considered a Disney hotel so you get to go early to the parks and they have convenient and free shuttles to take you to the parks or Disney Springs. Also it's newly renovated (not that it was needed) and they did a wonderful job with the refresh!
