"No room safe or fridge"

"The hotel is a great cheap and affordable option when staying in London, despite it being a budget hotel the bathroom wasn’t overly clean with dusty floors and ledges. Amenities are soap, shower gel and coffee making facilities only. Room was quite bare and not very cosy. Having said this, the bed was very comfy and we slept really well! The hotel is quite and on a quite road too. We had an issue whereby we returned to our room late afternoon and the cleaner had been in to replace our towels and had not locked or closed our door. This was really disappointing and not safe given there are other rooms on our floor and the door was visibly open so could easily have had things taken. We did report this to reception staff. Otherwise an okay stay, for a budget hotel."

"The staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever come across in any hotel I’ve been to. They were extremely helpful when I lost my phone in the uber getting to the hotel and immediately did everything they could to help me retrieve the lost phone. I got it back just after an hour and it was surely gone if it wasn’t for them."

"there is no parking near by. not even a drive up in front of the hotel so you can unload yor luggage nobody at the front door to help with luggage or directions the rooms are gloomy. we do not spend much time in the rooms when we travel, but when we get in the room, we want to feel "at home". The room was a downer! Very surprised that it was highly rated by Travelocity It was certainly not a good deal"

"Hi , I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Kings Cross. The lobation was amazing. The hotel cleanliness was good however the service unfortunately was nit great , I had to keep calling every day asking them to replenish, water, tea bags. The staff on the front desk was not really helpful , but the waiter in the bar restaurant had exception customer service. Which I would expect to have throughout a first class hotel. Thank you."
