"The hotel itself was good. There were just extra charges like a destination fee and parking. I felt like these were unnecessary because of a shuttle to Universal and it wasn’t private parking. "

"I stayed here for business but it is obviously an (cheaper) alternative to some other places in Universal.... It was clean and the room was new, well laid out and comfortable. The gym was actually, for a 3 star hotel gym, pretty good. I did not use the restaurant or bar but it looked... ok lol. It's a close walk to a bunch of mall style shops and places to eat. Worth a look. I have zero complaints."

"This experience has exceeded my expectations. This hotel was not like the usual smoke ridden inns which has the occasional bug leisurely dashing across the walls/floorings. It was clean, smelled great, welcoming atmosphere, minuets away from anything you'll ever need and they provided a complimentary crib for my little one. My only issues included the lackluster comfort of the mattress and that there were a few stains on the sheets and rags. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. Very Spacious and Clean, Pool is big and Clean. Housekeeping is very consistent. If you are going to universal, they have a shuttle that will take you there for free. Affordable and Delicious Breakfast. Rooms are very Spacious, and we got an amazing pool view. Not to loud, crowded, and noisy. Pretty Quiet for such a big hotel. They also do in room pizza delivery! Would definitely come back!"

"The pool and spy is very clean, I love it. The breakfast is good, but they don't have meat, such as ham or sausage. "

"Extremely affordable. I paid less than $600 for a 5 night 6 day stay and was able to walk for dinners and attractions around the area. We could see Universal from our hotel room and got on the busses for the parks with ease. Disney was only a 25 min drive as well."
