"Clean and comfortable room, 5 minutes from Universal/City Walk. It was my second time here and I would go back. "

"Have stayed here many times . Pool is always great and heated . Free coffee and tea always out . They also leave bowls and utensils out there which is amazing and always comes in handy on the go . Staff is always friendly, one of their maintenance guys even helped me once to get a security tag off a shoe when the store forgot to take it off. Walking distance to restaurants and icon park which is our probably our favorite part . A little sad the hot tub has been broken the last 4-5 times we have stayed here but its not listed in description anymore, but once that is fixed will be so happy . "

"Clean room, great staff, good food, excellent shuttle service to the parks. One issue: do not stay in room 2236 - it’s above the game room and very disturbing if you want to get rest and relax before 11pm!"
