"We stayed one night here. Hotel was clean and check in staff were very efficient and helpful. Location is about 15 min drive from the airport but was further from city centre than expected but didn’t affect our plans. We booked the shuttle for pick up from the airport but unfortunately we weren’t advised of the pick up spot when booking and when I messaged a couple of days beforehand to confirm, the hotel’s reply didn’t come through. We did get it sorted and were able to arrange pick up by the next shuttle. Just be sure to confirm shuttle location at time of booking to avoid these issues. Staff was very apologetic about the issue. All in all though we had a pleasant stay and definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were easily picked up and dropped off from and to the airport for free. Dinner at the Osteria was superb. One of our favorites in Italy. The breakfast was efficient and quick. The bedroom was just what we needed for our last night in Italy!"

"We spent 5 delightful nights at the hotel. It was perfect in every respect. The room was spacious, well designed and had an amazing view of the lake and the town. The hotel is kept meticulously clean. The staff are always on hand to help with anything and nothing is too much. "

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lift could accommodate a decent number of people and calls at every floor. The room came with a small window that provided a good view of the sea. Whilst the room could be larger, everything else was comfortable and staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was in a very lovely restaurant with full glass frontage towards the sea. The common areas are visibly old, but acceptable and kept to the best of whatever condition it can be kept in. My only negative comment is that the bathtub is somewhat dangerous because it is quite high from the ground so I nearly sprained my ankle each time I got out of it. "
