4 Star Hotels in San Lorenzo, Rome

"This hotel is in a grand old building with a lot of charm. The lobby is huge. My first encounter upon check-in with the reception person was less than ideal. No smile and all business like. Can't really tell he is in hospitality business. I had complicated reservations due to my travel party members arriving on different days and my one-week stay was over four reservations, back to back. I tried to explain to him and was hoping not have to move rooms. He wasn't in the mood to even let me finish,...

"Convenient from any terminal u fly into as it takes about 10 mins to walk from your to HH. Property is tired and run down. Wifi and 4G/5G reception are bad and sporadic - amazing considering it is located in airport! Expensive for such a hotel which is at best 3 stars. Reception gave me an handicap room but didn’t tell me. So the whole shower is wet after we finish showering! "

"We were Pleasantly surprised that it was impecably clean and that the food was good for an airport hotel. The shuttle service is a winner and the desk staff are efficient and affable. Being able to get a good night sleep in a really comfortable, clean bed was a godsend. Keep up the good work. I would come back any day."

"Clean, convenient location to the airport and many dining options nearby. The pool was so relaxing after an exhausting day of travel, and they have a pool bar! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. All of the front desk staff were professional and friendly. The shuttle was $16 for two people which was $10 cheaper than our taxi to the hotel, definitely recommend."

"Arriving the hotel is beautiful and nice open space. Dining options were ok. In rooms, I loved the layout. The bathroom is split in 2. Unfortunately there are no outlets in either, and slim in the room. I had no way to get ready. The hairdryer mounted only works a few minutes and shuts off. I used the other and it did the same. Our other room booked had no working AC and our family finally called us at 10:30pm to tell us the room was 80+ degrees. They called 3x and desk kept saying it was fine....

"An employee was smoking near our room and it was not pleasant to walk out of our room to the smoky hallway.(door propped open)"
