"I tried to order room service, but the kitchen did not have pizza dough ready at 5 pm, and was told it wouldn't be able to get my order until 7 pm. Also the snack shop had very limited items and a lot of the drinks were not stocked. Reception personell was friendly and efficient and had a room ready for me before the 4 pm check-in time."

"The hotel was absolutely lovely inside. Gorgeous artworks, modern and spacious lobby. The restaurant and bar was amazing and staff were friendly and attentive. The food was great and the service too. Our room was simple and very clean, perfect for what we needed. The view was not too bad, the area its in looks run down, with derelict buildings and graffiti and sewage smells to one side amd a nice park and the river to another. I mean its close to a motorway and train station...good...

"Such a fantastic hotel. Staff so friendly. Rooms so modern and of a great size. Good location for train station and getting around the area/ to airport. Multi purpose hotel - ideal for business/ conferences but also for a family trip. "

"Overall it was a nice stay. However, the cleaning crew should clean around the shower stall more thoroughly. I could see the dirt unter the shower stall. For the price the breakfast lag the variety of fruit and pastries. Cloth drier did not work well. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice."
