The room was great with excellent facilities for a traveller looking to prepare their own food etc with the kitchenette and a decent sized fridge. The room and hotel were reasonably new however showed signs of “high traffic”, ie marks on walls and some stains on the sofa bed, a little mould in the shower. Pricing is a little high for things like laundry...

"Good sized studio, well equipped, quiet, comfortable, secure. Oven but no microwave. Lighting very low in the living area. Mattress was saggy and lumpy - needed a new one. Cafe downstairs, open until mid afternoon. Excellent location on the Liffey River, walking distance to just about everywhere within about 15-20 minutes. Cross the Ha'penny Bridge to the Temple area with lots of restaurants and bars. Trams on the block behind, buses out the front. "
