"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants. 20 min walk for Regents Park. 2 mins to Bind Street tube. Staff are gold medal courtesy winners. Room service was a bit inflexible, you take what’s on the menu with no substitutes which I found odd and unhelpful. "

"Beautiful property however the room they put us in originally was DRAMATICALLY different than the pictures. We asked to be changed and they did so however we weren’t in our room until after 4:30pm. I dined at the restaurant and mentioned the dining discount. They couldn’t apply it and said it would be resolved at checkout. It wasn’t. Nice property but next time I’ll book direct so the quality of the room and service are matched. Would definitely stay again and location can’t be beat! "

"This place was in an amazing location. The staff was friendly and professional. Although not a very large and made a nice impression. The bar was quite extensive, and the bar team was also very good. My room was as expected, cozy. But actually had a room for a desk, which was something that I needed The hotel is right next to there was a private entrance to very good gym. Overall, really really good experience and I would definitely come back again"
