Close to the beach, fabulous gardens and pools even one heated. The breakfast was excellent, everything you could want. The staff were so friendly and all with very good English, beautiful rooms comfy beds spotless throughout. If I had one bad thing to say it is about the sun loungers, although plentiful they are sooooo uncomfortable, a little sponge topper would be perfect...

The hotel is simply amazing, with exceptional view, great service and quiet location. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again

We stayed in the Marina Suites for 10 nights and could not fault it at all. Great location, view, pool area is great, will definitely be staying again

We arrived 2 hours before nominal check-in due to an early flight arrival. The check-in was very simple and we were offered a drink at check-in while we waited. We were given a room key where we could charge lunch etc to our room while we waited for it to be prepared. At this stage we went for a look around, the mirador pool area was very nice an quiet, just what we needed.

Really great hotel in a great location. It has been been around for 15 or so years and maybe needs a bit of a refresh in parts. Could make a better feature of the upper snack terrace. It is fine if the weather is really good, but on cool days the wind tends to be a negative feature and some wind breaks would help. Overall a great hotel with great buffet meal choices.

Fabulous time at Vistamar RIU cannot have anything bad to say.All staff helpful and friendly. food fresh, hot and varied Covid 19 rules enforced fairly to all no favourites every table chair cleaned and sprayed immediately.Beer is Amstel which you can pull yourself also wine available at meals only downside of stay was the entertainment but considering last 18 months glad to see live singers and karaoke again had a great relaxing stay 28 August to 4 September 2021👍👍

Everything about the Servatur Waikiki was brilliant, rooms clean and bright, beds very comfortable and the pool was lovely. The food was fabulous with an amazing choice. You certainly wouldn’t go hungry anyway. The staff were very friendly and polite. We had a brilliant holiday.

Beautiful complex could not fault it in any way, maybe if I had one criticism it would be the hotel caters for a slightly older person bet that’s it food staff & grounds were all amazing.

We are a couple with no children it caters very well for couples with children our room was close to a room with a family ,7.30am every morning we were awoke by a crying child and then the noise of running back and forth from the child in the room obviously they were awake and full of beans!!After about 2-3 days we became immune to it so we did'nt asked to be moved.Breakfast 100% great choice from fish to donuts hot and cold foods fresh fruits bread you name it fresh coffe fruit juices they...

I spent 5 nights at the Villa Del Conde with my sister. We had a wonderful time of quiet relaxation. Staff were efficient and attentive. The rooms were extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. Our room was located near the "Quit Pool" and was perfectly situated for easy access to all amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a vast array of fruits, meats, cheeses and breads on offer. My only criticisms would be that for a hotel of this caliber one would expect WiFi to be free throughout the hotel...

We stayed for 1 week, Location is great, room is clean and nice, food is normal.

Room was clean, beautiful view. Staff super nice and the food brilliant. We didn't had a car so the location was perfect for us to use public transport to visit the island.

We stayed here with our twins and it was the best hotel we ever stayed in. The staff are amazing and so helpful, the food was out of this world and we cannot wait to return
