The house is located in a strategic point in the north of Gran Canaria (municipality of Arucas). It is located 10 minutes from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the municipalities of Guía, Gáldar and Agaete, a place of connection with the island of Tenerife.
Opposite is the sea, which by its characteristics is very suitable for the practice of water sports and activities. The beach is also peculiar for its seasonal sand (May-December).
