The hotel is nice, well located at the city exit, the access is not well atended by the city. The restaurant is very well serviced and atended, the food is good.

Pedí una recomendación de taxista a un empleado del hotel, y estuve utilizando de sus servicios, siendo solo el taxista el personal del hotel y mi familia lo únicos que sabían de mi estancia en el hotel, la noche del viernes recibí una llamada de extorsión, ellos sabían que estaba hospedada en el hotel y sola con mi hija, gad las dos estamos bien y nos percatamos a tiempo sin dar información que era una extorsion del hotel se recibió el mínimo apoyo

La persona que atendió recepción en la noche del 10 al 11 de febrero turno de la noche, un completo desubicado, muy falto de respeto y altanero, fuera de contexto, los demás muy amables, no tienes opciones de alimentos pero en general esta conservado y limpio

No confiable Hotels.com
El hotel me gustó y lo volveré a usar. Mi único problema es que la reserva la hice por medio de Hotels.com y cuando llego al front desk me dicen que no tienen ninguna reserva. Muestro el correo que me envió Hotels.com y buscan pero no encuentran nada. Gracias a que quedaban dos habitaciones pude quedarme en el hotel. No vuelvo a usar esta plataforma.

Muy bueno, un poco caro.
Me hospedé por que fui a un evento en ese mismo hotel y tenía que estar desde temprano. Muy buen servicio, aunque lo sentí un poco caro en la relación calidad precio. Si incluyera desayuno estaría mejor. Quizá tenga que ver que es el único hotel con esa calidad en Atlacomulco.

La cd es de zona fría la mayoría del año, los calentadores del cuarto no servían y pasa uno mucho frío. Reserve un cuarto el q estaba más caro y me estaban dando el más barato.

El hotel fácil de llegar , las instalaciones estaban limpias donde si les hace falta personal en el restaurante solo tenían a una persona y si fue algo tardado el Servicio. pero el personal muy amable en todas sus areas.
