"Friendly staff, good food menu, clean and well maintained room. Heating was very good. Bed a bit noisy but comfortable and clean. Easy check in."

"Clean spacious rooms and you could log into your own Netflix. Kitchenette had a combi microwave oven with plenty of dishes and glasses. Staff are lovely and so helpful - I had something couriered to me and they rang me as soon as it arrived. Very central, there's a Tesco around the corner and a 24 hrs gym nearby you can buy a day pass to. Couldn't recommend more. "

"Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet but very close to lots of restaurants, pubs and just a couple of minutes walk into the city centre. A few minutes walk from Grand Central bus and train station, very easy to get a bus from Belfast City Airport. "

"Very good overall apart from one day the room was not cleaned and never had fresh cups to make tea or a replenish of some new teabags to make a cup of tea the next morning. Apart from that very welcoming and a lovely stay."

"Booked a twin room for my daughter and her father - twin room ? The clue is in the booking !? They got a double bed with a high sleeper bed above !! Said daughter is 29 and father is 70 !!! Don’t offer a twin room if it contains a bunk bed !! "
